1800s photo shoot

So, I hadn't done a photo shoot in quite a while.

My birthday is coming up soon, and I am having a costume party. The biggest problem with that is that I have so many costumes that I really want to use, but I clearly can't wear them all.

That was really bothering me, trying to decide which one to use, so I decided to just use them all. It will take a while to do all these photo shoots, but I am really excited.

Today I decided to go ahead and do one. It was kind of a 1800s thing.

Stay Gold

Spoiler Alert!!

Last night I watched The Outsiders for the first time. I've never read the book, and didn't really know the story at all.

My mom watched the movie for the first time when she was about 10 or 11 at her friend's house for a birthday party.

After I watched the original Karate Kid movies (the ones with Ralph Macchio), Mom told me that I should watch the Outsiders, because Ralph Macchio is also in that movie.

I was not expecting the movie to be so sad.

A strange dream

Last night, I had a strange dream.

Not that that is really out of the ordinary, I have strange dreams most of the time, but this dream felt different.

For the last several nights I have been dreaming that America is kind of falling apart. A few night ago I dreamed that there was a war going on through the winter, and it had even affected my neighborhood, but we were having a dance, so that things would feel normal anyway.

They've all been dreams like that. I don't know why I've been dreaming about wars and how Americans are trying to keep pretending like it wasn't happening, I guess maybe the whole thing with Syria is getting to me.
