I've been lied to, and so have you.

Lately I've been on YouTube a lot, listening to what a lot of you have to say. And I must say; I'm not impressed.

Popular YouTubers such as Laci Green and the girl from Feminist Frequency used to be some of the people I looked up to. If you went into the deep archives of this blog, you can probably find several posts where I try and make sense of the Feminist ideas that I was trying to believe in.

But since then, I've taken steps into the real world, and it is nothing like what teenage me thought.

A letter from Roman

Dear Mommy,

You know I love you very much. So much that I never want to be away from you. And generally, you're not such a terrible mother, but lately you've been slacking, almost to the point of letting me die. This is getting serious.

Maybe you don't know about some of the important things that I need to survive. So I decided to come on your blog (since you're always here, ignoring important things like me) and tell you exactly what I need to stay alive.

I'm actually a huge celebrity

In the last several months, I found myself slowly morphing into Regina George. In the last week alone, I cannot count how many times I've asked the question "Why are you so obsessed with me?"

I am not a famous singer. I'm not a supermodel. I have very little money, and even less time to do anything to make said money. I'm not an athlete or a superhero. But I am a huge celebrity and I have a fan that can outdo a preteen at a Justin Bieber concert.

His name is Roman Schools, and he's my son.

A Letter To My Son

Dear Son,

I know that you are very young still, and you probably won't ever see this, but I just have to get his off my chest.

You know that I love you, that I'll always love you no matter what.

But sometimes I really don't like you.

Let me explain.

The War Between Parents

Motherhood is one of the most controversial topics on the planet.

"When are you gonna have kids?"

"Are you still having kids?! Don't you know how that works?"

"You are staying home with them, right?"

"When are you getting back to work?"

"Bottle-fed? Do you want them to die?"

"Ew, don't feed your baby here, nobody wants to see your boobs!"

The list goes on.

The Red Starbucks Cup

Hey guys!

I know it's been a while, and everyone is probably expecting a catch up post or something. And I will do one of those eventually.

Just not today.

Today, I am ranting.

Last night, while I was feeding the baby, I was scrolling through my Facebook newsfeed, as per usual, and I came across an article about Starbucks and their new holiday season cups.
